The Clarendon Courthouse Corridor is home to a variety of businesses, from small boutique retail operations like Kinderhaus Toys to large upscale chains such as Container Store, Barnes and Noble, and Orvis.

It also houses a plethora of other types of businesses, such as consulting companies, marketing firms, associations, and non profits. Clarendon's easy access to metro, walk-ability, appealing demographics, and proximity to Washington, D.C. make it an easy choice when considering office location appeal.

The Clarendon Alliance is a 501(c)6 membership organization and we exist to support our local businesses, as well as to help maintain the vitality and unique attributes of the corridor. We hope that every business will consider becoming a member by Joining Here.

We support all of our businesses and are here to help, whether it is guiding you to the right properties or property managers, connecting you with advisors at Arlington County's Biz Launch or sending you relevant information about what is happening in our neighborhood. We work closely with our partners at Arlington Economic Development (AED) to ensure that all of our businesses have the resources they need in order to thrive.

If your business is considering relocating to the Clarendon Courthouse area, check out our Retail Profile.
